Veggie Oil Despensers
I have no clue where to put this so I thought I would just put it here :-)

Several of the horses at my barn get veggie oil through out the winter; averaging 1 cup per horse per day. Does anyone have any storage/dispensing ideas? I need something metal or glass so that rats can't chew through it. I was looking at commercial condiment suppliers and they want like $500 for like a 2 gallon metal container with a pump. Ridiculous!

Any ideas?

Anything metal & big will probably be pricy. Sorry, you might be stuck pouring.

I have large metal feed bins that were only $250 that hold 1/2 ton of feed. I don't see why a wee metal mcdonalds ketchup dispenser is $500! that is crazy!

A metal fuel can would probably work, but you would either have to pour the oil or use a plastic pump.

What if you just bought one of those stainless steel water bottles and stored your oil in that? You would still have to pour it in, but the mice and rats couldn't chew through it
