Foundation Reining Training Centre - Training Quality???
I'm considering sending my Arab to the foundation reining centre in Durham, On. Is this place any good?? The information I have read on the website is very convincing, but I don't want to waste my money on something that may not work. Any reviews welcomed.
Also, are there any other good western training centers in southern ontario? Durham is a little far from me, but I haven't heard of any other repubatle training barns in my area. Thanks!!

Howdy Susan,
What exactly do you offer in terms of the type of training? I'm looking to make my horse an all around horse, and I plan to start seriously working in endurance this year. Is your training sutable for that, or is it strictly reining???

Stoneridge looks interesting, I like how they training English as well.

Hi Monty,
I've never done stricktly reining. It's a specialized sport that only a few participate in.
What I do that is universal to all sports is natural horsemanship and performance horse development (WPHD). I also do reining, team penning and cattle work.
Those 2 training methods of horsemanship and WPHD teach a horse to have a very, solid strong foundation to then go into any other sport that they are suited to. Whether is competition or not.
You get a really well trained horse that is a joy and a pleasure to ride due to their responsiveness, willing, & skills. There are a lot of articles on my website:

My reinersue horsemanship is Clinton Anderson based. I've been doing that for 10 years.
My western performance horse developed is reining based. I've been doing that for 20 years.

I have my services listed and explained on my website if you want more information.
I also teach students, do clinics, seminars, the Myler Bitting System certified technician, and train the trainer.
