Acupuncture?

Anyone here ever tried Acupuncture? What are your thoughts on it.

I have allergy and sinus issues and heard they can help... but I wonder if it really works and how $$ it is.

I would definitely try it. If it helps, you've avoided taking pharmaceuticals.
