Can I ask about Feeding bags?
I am new to the forum. I saw you had a nice party (forum) in here and wanted to take a closer look ^.^ I was really looking up for information about feeding bags, but both google and wikipedia offer no information about them.
We don't use feeding bags here where I live (Nicaragua) My father was born, lived all his childhood, and is currently spending half his time in farms (he is almost 60 now), and he had NEVER heard about horse feeding bags until I mentioned them. Truth be told, I have never seen one in real life, either. Well, I am interested in them because I am thinking about using them for cows (10minutes once a day under supervision).
The only time when our cows are separated from the rest of the cattle is during milking, once a day. Urea must be dished in strictly controlled quantities (overload is counter productive in the best case, and lethal in the worst and still possible scenario). But we don't have individual feeding stations in the field, where the cows are milked (oh yes, we milk in the wild meadow :p) Even if we had, a feeding bag would have some advantages as I imagine it...
The problem is I can't plan on imagination only!!! I need some real hard info about them (biometric design, materials, risks, tips) And nobody here [where I live] will be able to tell me about them :(
I don't know if I am being too extense or If i am being too nšive  Please forgive me for my english, too, it is not my first language
TYVM and I hope to see you in other posts ^.^
