Funny and Interesting Discovery..
So today I got elected to cut grass..Let me tell you, this is usually a job for a tractor..Nooo, the tractor is at someone's house..So I get stuck on the zero turn lawn mower..Let me tell you, I found out, with enough imagination a zero turn lawn mower can become a barrel horse, reining horse, AND a cutting horse..Dogs, aka Chloe and stupid dog, can become cows! And to top that off, when you get done riding all of your "horses" your face and nose even feel like you've been at a horse show all day! I have found a cheaper way to get my fix of "cannot breath from the dirt in my nose" without having to pay $100+ to go to a horse show!! A zero turn lawn mower can even become a free lunging tool! Who knew!? Hickory laughs at a whip in the round pen but boy he will run from that barrelhorse/reininghorse/cuttinghorse chasing him..

I just HAD to share my discovery with you all and then it made me wonder... What other thing/chores do you do and act like you're "riding your horse"? When in the kitchen do you nudge the person next to you and expect them to respond from "leg pressures"? Have you found horse treat mush in your washing machine more than once? Do you find yourself "cutting" little kids? and the kid KNOW what you're doing? Do you "lope" circles yourself to work on correct leads and practice your pattern before your turn in the arena?

Share your funny stories and/or house hold items that can become horses, embarrassing and all..

My older sister is a PITA so to get her away from me I'll flail my hands and say "tshhh" like I do when getting eager horses away from the gait. She responds accordingly by spooking and running away. I'm not even kidding, I've been doing that to her for years lol I guess she just doesn't like it.

Oh, and it was pointed out to me recently that when I ride a bike I keep my toes up and heels down and when I break, I shift my weight like I'm stopping a horse haha

lol Exactly..You carry over those little traits and lessons that are drilled into your head..Most of the time without even realizing it.

I can't hold on to my bike. It feels too weird. I have to ride no handed to keep my shoulders back and heels down xD

I also taught my dog horse commands. If I kiss she will run. We do some jumps and I've attempted to lunge her. That did not work so well xD

When I was a kid I used to pretend my bicycle was a horse :P

When I was about 9 I tied an old piece of rope to my bike and learned to ride no handed like that xD

 Sounds like something my hubby would do. I've caught myself clucking at people to get them to move. My dogs "whoa" instead of stop/stay.

I find myself clucking all the time to get things moving.

I also tried lunging my dog when I was younger...she didn't like it.

Snowmobiling. LoL.

I also say whoa to my dogs when I want them to stop and sit. LoL. I was walking the 3 of them down the road one day and I make them stop and sit while cars go by for safety reasons. I say whoa, and everyone plants their butts to the ground. One day a guy was pulling out of his driveway and watched it and pulled up to me and goes "Do you listen as well as those dogs do" It was funny...
