Bit the bullet
So tommorrow marks the day that I finally get my gelding rehomed to a more experienced hand....an elderly gentleman with more knowlegde and sense then I ever can hope to attain. I have tried selling this boy of mine onto an experienced home but much to his and my discust none were suitable or what I wanted for him ....the good part of them that saw him or had anything to do with him were less then disireable amount of experience to handle this boy even with detailed ads and long conversations. I am kind of sad and kind of happy that he is going to a better home....sad because although I will be able to keep track of where and whom he went to and his advances etc i wont be able to see his beautiful face any more in the flesh. With all his beauty, our misunderstandings, his tollerance- we were a team......I hope that he finds all that he could possibly want in an owner and a friend by going to this elderly gentleman.
I cant wait for the day that I see him at local shows or at events that I havent the experience for but do love to watch.
Love you hewi x x :-|

It all went very well yesterday, he loaded ok but was very jittery and devestated i think by the look in his eye :( but i am happy that he is going to a home that can provide him with all the help and support he needs to get through this troubling part of his life. :) x x
