rescue horse.

I went out and was feeding this morning and noticed that the little filly we rescued has enlarged teats....they are huge! Is she pregnant or is that normal or what?

Has she been vetted since you rescued her? How old is she? How long have you had her? Do you know (yes, I know you said she is a rescue) if she has been exposed to a stud - either before or after you got her?
Ultimately, you need to have the vet out and have her checked - it is as simple as that.

I've had her about 2 weeks I got her from our local vet she rescued her and asked us if we wanted her so yes she's been vetted. She's 3 years old. My vet said she was out with like 15 other horses when she rescued her so they may have been a stud out there I don't know. I'm calling my vet tomorrow. I'm just trying to get more educated.
