Inanna's foaling thread.
Well last year I received a phone call from a friend wanting to know if I would take a couple of his horses off his hands. I did a young mare around 5 and her then 7 month old son. Well as the months past I realized it was a 3 for 2 deal. Now I have a scheduled appt for a vet check and a gelding end of next week. She is from what I have been told due mid May but that it best guess I figure cause the only guarantee is that she was not bred since coming to my farm. The daddy is best guess a full blooded pure black Fox Trotter, but since her previous owners had about 40 horses with several studs.

This is her son from last year. I think new foal will be full brother or sister to him.

No worries I think my horses think I look weird without a camera around LOL

She is a cross Percheon/Fox trotter. Never heard of it before but he liked the combo, and bred for it.

So does she and/or her colt foxtrot? It is an interesting mix, she sure makes it look good :D

Thank you. The only thing I have noticed is that her legs are a little thicker than my other horse. She is a high stepper and after the baby is born I will try to see if she fox trots but I really am not round penning her much atm.
