Age by Teeth?
I have a "project" pony that is owned by a friend.
We were wondering about his age.
His teeth look nicer then my horses which are between 11 and 13. I'm going to guess between...5 and 8?
Curious to see what others think...
You cannot tell just by the outer edges of a horse's teeth alone, the tables also need to be examined.
Up to the age of eight it can be fairly accurate. After that if is not so easy. It use to be that after the age of eight a horse was said to be 'aged.'
