Shire breeding farm in Colorado

I'm sure this is not in the correct forum but I am just hoping maybe someone knows some information. Years ago I knew of a large shire breeding farm in Colorado. Named BlackForestShires....I have tried to look them up again and it seems they have closed or something. Does anyone know of them, or know of the farm I am speaking of and if so what happened. Did they move or do they still breed shires?

They are located in Black Forest, Colorado obviously lol. I have always wanted to go there but I havnt gotten the chance. I live near there though. I've never seen the actual place. If I recall correctly, I think this was on their site, they had two of their loved stallions die within a short period of time and coupled with other things they decided not to continue anymore. Wish they were still around.

I always wanted to get a horse from them but was always too busy with foals crops to take on a new addition Shire. That's so sad! I use to love looking at that one stallion they had Earnshaw Ideal I think his name was..Did they mention what happened to them?

Not sure if they have that stud. Here is there site Black Forest Shires & Gypsy Horses they actually had two stallions die in 2008 and one in 2009.

Jeff Bartko, from BFSGH is still around. He sold all his horses and moved, a couple of years ago. However, he's up and running again. Drop him a line if you are interested in Shires or Gypsies.

or you can look here

Summer Rain Shires & Sporthorses

and talk to Michelle. She knows Jeff and also has Shires and Gypsies.

You can tell them I sent you.
