Are there any jobs that have to do with genetics? Either human or horse related?

We're doing genetics in science right now & I'm finding it very fascinating..can someone list some jobs that have to do with genetics? Or if you have a job with genetics, tell me about it (:

A geneticist. They're job is to meet with expectant mothers/parents, figure out family genetics, do the neccesary tests etc and determine if the child does/will have any genetic diseases or abnormalities to help the family prepare and just so they can be aware. They're a vital piece of prenatal care for parents interested. Its a fairly small field though i think.

We learned a ton of stuff about it in bio class and its a very interesting study. But confusing but amazing how it all works!

There are tons of things to do with genetics, google it, you'll come up with a lot.

Yeah there are. Even great research positions.

Although you'd have to go to university to study it first, of course.

I wouldn't think about it now, just study what you enjoy, go on to university, study what you enjoy some more, and then consider what you want.
