coat health
anyone got any ideas on enhancing coat shine? retail producs, home rememdies or any other suggestion would be great.

whoo!!!! I remembered!!! sunflower seed is really good at making a coat shine. Knew i'd get it sooner or later :P

Hey thanks! :) How do you use the apple cider vinegar? Mixed with water? After a bath?

You can also look in the grooming section, I responded to a post like this there. Apple cidar vinegar - can be diluted with water and used when giving a bath (rather then soap) or give 2-4 oz in feed.

Thanks, I'll check out the grooming section. Looking forward to trying the apple cider vinegar. Hoping it will get rid of some of the smell on her coat (she's in a tie stall for night and often gets her hind end wet when laying down).

I give my horse about a cup of corn oil a day in his feed and his coat really uses it safflower seed oil works too, I think someone mentioned that
