Good breeches for schooling shows?

Any suggestions for a nice moderately priced pair of breeches that would conceal a shirt &/or panty line?

I'm entering my first schooling shows at Intro level. I won't be wearing a jacket, just a polo-type shirt, etc. I'm in my 50's and yes, I do have a bit of bulge in the butt area, but I'm 5'5", 140 lbs and in reasonable shape.

From what I can tell, breeches are either "tights" or in the $200+ range. Is there a nice summer line that's more like pants (available in white or beige) but low $100's or less?

Thanks for answering a very basic question.

Not sure about the line and all  , but I really like my Devon-Aire (Devon-Aire® Versailles Riding Breeches | Dover Saddlery). They don't irritate the skin (my usual problem), and not very tight (which I really like). Unfortunately they don't come in white, so I keep beige pair in my trailer for shows (if I forget my white ones or they get dirty for some reason). I have several pairs (different colors) I use for schooling and lessons.

Lol, Valentina! You gotta be very thin to wear size 24! I wear 32 myself!

P.S. Can you still show in dark breeches? I thought you are limited to the lighter conservative colors.

Wow a Euro 24 is tiny! I just squeeze into a 28 and I'm certainly not a terribly large person!!!

Kerrits do lovely breeches, you can also try Pfiff's - I LOVE mine and will be buying another pair.

I love my Kerrits - they keep everything where it should be!

These are my favorite show breeches and they are only $75. They are cool and comfy and wash up really nice. I have the tan pair as well. I'm in my 40's and have a few bulges too so I just wear a pair of of longer underwear underneath that makes everything smooth.

These are my favorite pair of breeches! They're such a unique material, made out of 24% bamboo, and the rest is spandex, nylon, and cotton (I'm reading this off my tag, since it doesn't say this on the website!) But the bamboo is awesome, they're so comfortable and they keep my legs from getting hot and sweaty. Plus, it's a really durable material and I've noticed that mine don't look worn out at all, despite a LOT of use... I noticed that with my full cotton breeches, not only does my underwear always show, but the butt part gets really worn out after a while and they're really susceptible to tearing and getting holes.
For less than $100, I'd totally give these a try :) Good luck!!

I really like my On Course Cotton Naturals full seat breeches. I find the fabric to be sturdy and bulge-smoothing while still being cool and comfortable. I am extremely pear shaped, so I wear the "Shapely" line, but if you fall within the typical waist/hip ratio for your size, they offer multiple options in the regular fit line. They run $60-70 at full price and are often on sale at various outlets. On Course Cotton Naturals™ Full Seat Riding Breeches | Dover Saddlery

I love my Devon-Aires, but they are thin so you'll need some sort of spandex underneath.
