what do you think of this stud?
I really havent looked much into my horses history before (registered as Western Sugar). Found a few pictures of his daddy online: Western Cabernet. No luck on his mom, though: Ima Sugar Sea.
A sorrel and a bay paint made a black baby :)
Anyone want to pick apart his confo? Im not very good, but I see over at the knee, posy back legs. upright pasterns on front and a small head (I guess you typical halter horse, but he isnt as gross looking as some of them, thats for sure!) Looks a little cow hocked form the front on picture.

I agree with what you said. Very halter type. I really don't like his hind end, something weird about the angles.

100 views and few replies because there isn't anything people can pick apart / lecture you about ;D
The pasterns made me go 'woah' but I think his leg markings and the way he's standing make them look a lot worse than they are. His neck looks a little funny, but I like him a lot more than I like a lot of halter type studs.
His legs are not great. Alexischristina - you aren't seeing things. Those pasterns are almost completely upright. His hinds are quite straight too, not in the good way though. As in upright. He also stands under behind, but that could be because of the obscene amount of fat on his butt. He also seems over at the knee, and tied in behind too.
I don't like his butt, his front legs look over at the knee to me, and like said, his back legs look very straight. I also don't think he has very good bone, especially for his size... overall, I don't like him. :( As a halter horse he may not be too bad, but as just a horse, I don't find him worth breeding to, jmho.
The first think I noticed was his rear end, and I'm not a conformation pro or anything, it just looks weird to me *shrugs shoulders* :)
Its hard to tell... they are getting so good at photoshop with these halter horses
