What is your opinion on this mare, from what you can tell from these pics, conformation wise and just overall, what color/white patterns do you see?
She's a Paint,5 yrs old.

Well, cant really tell confo from pictures, but she does look to have nice pasterns. And color I believe is Palomino Overo.

Hard to tell from those pics, other than she is very well fed......lol

I would suggest asking the current owner to take some confirmation shots for you, or take your camera and go to see her so you can take your own.

APHA palomino paint defination: diluted body color varying from rich gold to pale yellow; mane and tail generally pale or off-white but may be same color as body (with nonblack points).

sorrel: body color reddish or copper-red; mane and tail usually same color as body, but may be flaxen or very dark brown.

Palominos tend to be lighter, sorrels a little darker (at least according to these definitions).

If you ever plan to breed her, I would make sure to have her tested for frame. She definitely looks like she might have it, and you wouldn't want to produce a foal with LWOS.

She looks like a nice, sturdily-built mare, but it's hard to tell anything more from the pictures.

Is she standing with her front legs under her because she is on an incline?
