Healing after quad bike accident
So yesterday I was in a quad bike accident with my boyfriend. Nothing too serious, but I have damaged/pulled/sprained/bruised just about every muscle on my right hand side. Ouch!
I have extremely sensitive skin, so I can't use any "Deep Heat" or creams similar. I have been using a heat pack for my sore muscles. I am wondering if you could recommend anything else, I am really keen to get back to my horse, but right now I'm just too sore to do too much :/

Well a hug first, but not too tight... it might hurt. :)
Maybe warm baths with something to make it soothing and relaxing like lavender or chamomile. Maybe relaxed muscles will not only feel better but heal faster too.

Try Arnica. Comes in both pills and creams and helps with soreness and bruising.

i would try a warm bath followed by some very light stretching to keep your muscles from getting tight again.

Sorry you so sore. A warm espon salt bath (which you can get in lavender and other relaxing scents) and some advil for any inflammation.
