Connemara owners or same build pony - need saddle help!

I have a 14.2 solidly built Connemara pony on trial. He is high withered, wide at withers but has slight sway back. My Stubben Camelot CC is too flat of a saddle. Seems like I need something with a more curved tree. He has a shorter back and I have a long femur, so need something with more forward flaps too. I am 5'3" small boned adult. Ride in a 17". Tough fit!

I have an OLD Courbette Pandur which has a wider tree that is working better but still not ideal. At least it stays fairly put (Stubben was sliding all over).

My saddle fitter recommended "Arabian Saddle Co" saddles but can't find any used in my size.

Any pony owners out there with similar build? PM me for photos as he is only on a 1-mo. trial right now but will most likely be keeping him.

What saddles are you using for your ponies?? Thanks!

I have a connemara Cross and she is very easy to fit a saddle to. Pics of this pony would help :D

My friend has a pony about the same size as yours and got a saddle made to fit witha wide gullet. It was a County and it fitted nicely. Im sorry I can't help you here, Im not sure what would fit a swaybacked and high withered pony!

Have you looked at saddles with a cut-back pommel-designed for high withers.
