TB Conformation

This is Ace he's the first TB I have ever owned and seen in real life he is off the track I have NO experience with TBs at all so I was wanting to know how he was conformation wise he has a weirdly small head to me but IDK if that's normal or not in TBs or what. So how is he? Is there something I should worry about or get check out?

Some of the pics are when I first got him (he was very skinny) others are current and some are from an old owner of his that I contacted off of his coggins.

I think his head might be a little tiny but I can't really tell from the photos.

I dont think his head looks really small.
His neck needs alot of muscling, but it seems that this is common in the breed.
His shoulder angle is rather upright but on the plus side his girth is really deep, which is good for the expansion if the lungs and stamina.
He appears buck-kneed.
High in the wither, but again very common for TB's.
Back is a good length though it is roached (could cause problems with saddling)
Nothing wrong with his hindquarters, other than lack of muscle
Back legs look alright
