Endurance Tack
Hey all you endurance riders out there! I'm just starting this summer; I plan on buying my first horse too and really want to get started with endurance or CTR. I went to watch a race in my area this last weekend and was immediately hooked! I saw many different types of tack there, western saddles, endurance saddles, english saddles... different types of bits, reins, headstalls.

I would love any advice ya'll could give me! What brands are good? Also, I need to buy some clothes for myself... any input on what to wear in a race? Thanks :-)

I have a biothane halter/bridle combo, reins, and breast collar from Taylored Tack it is suoper easy to clean (just hose off) and you can get it in practically any color or color combo.

My saddle pad is from Skito it was custom made for me, my horse, and my saddle in the most obnoxious lime green ever (I love the color).

The saddle I am using for now is a Wintec stock saddle. It is comfy for me and my horse. I wanted something with the interchangeable gullet because she is a young horse and is changing shape yet as she works and finishes maturing.

I have a Taylored Tack Pawnee Halter Bridle that I love. I had an Allegany Renegade Endurance saddle with a horn. I ordered on without the horn, with the endurance type pommel, it will be here next Monday.
