i trail ride and was wondering if this is something i should be giving my horse since it has benn pretty hot.

if he sweats a lot, it wouldn't hurt to give him some.

doesn't matter the discipline for your riding!

Salt apparently works just as well when combined with a complete diet.

what kind should i use? i have seen powder you put in there water or in a tube like wormer and also my horses always have salt with them
