New Horse!!

I took your advice in not breeding my mare. You should know, Im really a fan of Zippo Pine Bar, and all the Doc horses, so I found my perfect man :)

Introducing: Potential Zip! (aka Ticket)
He is an AQHA western pleasure stallion. He is very handsome and well-mannered. He is the love of my life, and we already have a super-close bond! We plan to compete, then he will retire to stud.

I love his breeding. I just can't get used to such a slow, head hanging, canter, it would drive me crazy but he does it well.

Good luck with him! (Work him on some cows!)

Haha, I'll have to borrow some from the neighbors! :)

congradulations on your new horse :D

he's a real looker :D

forgive me for my ignorance here, however i do have a question about his lope

i know that the lope is supposed to be slow, but this horse looks to be cross cantering-- is this normal for western pleasure?

Congrats on your new fella! Looks great!

I always think that wp horses look like they dropped something and they are looking for it! Low headsets and all!

You'll have to post some casual pictures of him so we can meet up close and personal...thru the comp screen!

Wow, I've never seen horses canter like that! It looks so strange to me, almost as if the horse is hobbling - though I know that he's not.
