Critique this boys conformation... Barrel horse

Hey, I like this boy the most of the ones I have looked at. His price will need some adjusting though! All I want is something to do paydays on, maybe a little higher stuff. He's ten, quarter horse.

I like his shoulder and he has a good depth of girth.
Nothing appears to be off about his front legs
Back is a little long and somewhat swayed in that photo
Steep angle to his croup but otherwise nice hindquarters.
Back legs look good as well

How old is this horse?

He is ten, running 4D/3D without being pushed at all ((recovering from strangles)

Well, if he was rode for a long time that could explain his back. I'd be weary about him not being able to handle barrels for much longer and stay sound, though. That's a pretty weak topline.
