I own a one eyed pony, or a pirate pony as I call him. He has the small eye cogential defect which just means one of his eyes never full developed in the womb. He's in perfect health otherwise. I couldn't find any information on rules if I would be able to show him with this defect. He is completely fearless with me and will jump and do anything that I ask for. Since he's had only one eye since birth it doesn't bug him the way it would if he was used to having two eyes and then only had one. Is this unheard of to show a horse with a defect like this? Are there any rules that could prevent me from showing him? Im not looking to do anything highlevel or fancy, just for fun and play. Also sorry about any spelling errors Kim doing this on my phone and its a small keyboard. Thanks.
I dont think there are any rules i used to do gymkhana ( barrels, poles, hurry scurry, etc ) and she loved it in fact she actually turned better on her blind eye ( had cancer in her eye).
