Nicaraguan Saddle
 

So I was lucky enough to get my hands on a Nicaraguan saddle. It looks to be hand made and is only about 5 years old has reins, crupper, breast collar, but no girth. Thing is, not sure how to attack a girth anyway. There are kinda these little leather straps with loops at the end, I guess are kinda like the D rings. Any ideas? Anyone own a Nicaraguan saddle? Should I just attach a short and long latigo and call it good or what?

Mine is like the ones on top. The ones with a small rounded skirt, not the large square skirts. Mine is exactly like the one on the far left. It is black and looks exactly like that.

Sure woulda been nice if they put some strings on there for gear haha
