Green Broke Behavior Carry Over

I went and looked at an 8 yr. old Peruvian Mare last night. She has only been rode 3 times. She was very nervous and jumpy. The owner (an old cowboy)
rode her in the round pen. She acted up, but he knew what to do.
I got on her and she reared up twice. Needless to say, I got off her!
Does this kind of behavior generally carry over after
professional training?
Thanks

she's only been rode 3 times? total? that's not even green-broke yet, let alone professional. I would pass on buying this horse if it were me. Seriously. That kind of behaviour should definitely NOT carry over no matter how many rides.
