Any Chincoteague Pony Owners?

Any board members own a Chincoteague Pony? I'd love to see pictures and hear their history (if you know it). I'm a huge Chincoteague/Assateague fan and since I live in Maryland, I'm blessed to be able to go down whenever I want to take pictures (and if you've never been, Assateague has a wonderful public beach area). Thanks!!

Dottie

Subbing in the hopes of getting to see some Chincoteague ponies. I grew up on Marguerite Henry's Misty, so I've always been fascinated!

Not an owner of the breed, but years ago I got to exercise and warm up for shows two Chincoteague ponies for my trainer at the time! I don't think I have any pictures though. :(

Subbing as well. I got to see the pony swim a few years ago. I do have pictures of the ones in the holding pens! Eventually, I will own one.

Edit: Just a pic of me and the ex with some pony bodies in the background. I will look on my external hard drive for more.

I don't personally have one but my trainer does. I haven't met him yet but she's always saying how much of a hard head he has!
