Blanket Liner?

So tonight it is going to get down to 40 and I was wondering if a horse could just wear the blanket liner? It is a Amgio Fleece and has surclues on the bottem. Could he just wear this for the night as he is just stalled? Or would you suggest putting a sheet over it to make sure it dosent rip?

Thanks!

In a stall, I wouldn't be too worried about it. It seems to be pretty different depening on your horse though. If you already have a nice light sheet, that would probably be easier to use.

I typically don't blanket my horse when he's indoors and it's only going to be in the 40s. I always like to err on the side of a little less rather than risk overheating. Is your guy clipped?

He is usually pretty easy on things and isnt to big on rolling.

My guy isnt clipped but dosnt grow in a winter coat either. He was blanketed his whole life till I got him last year so yeah. Everybody else has started to blanket now so I am just kinda following!
