I'm currently a sophomore at a two year college getting my associates in equine business management, and i've been considering transferring to the University of Findlay next fall. They have a really amazing equestrian program and team, but the only downside is i would have to start as a freshman, and only about a third of the credits would transfer over. Plus it's pretty expensive. I can't decide if its worth it, because I know I could just get my associates and then find an internship or a job somewhere...sorry for the long description! Is anyone else struggling with this??
I was looking at going there, but after showing a few times with them... IDK what to think. Im actually planning on asking my trainers about them soon. I go to 2 different barns, a jump/dressage and a western pleasure barn with 2 completely different trainers, so Im hoping to get some really reliable and hopefully similar opinions on them. U of Akron also has a horse team, keep that in mind
Sorry, hit reply button too soon. I meant to ask your opinion on Findlay. Aside if that Im not of much help.
I've competed there, and their horses are definitely top-of-the-line, and their coaches are excellent. The academic program is decent as well. Posted via Mobile Device
