Splint boots and bell boots
My horse needs splint boots and bell boots, what brand is the best? Should I get the rubber boots or plastic ones. I just want him to be comfortable

Depends what you want to use them for.
I work my horses in Eskadron fleece lined bell boots with a neoprene outer, and fleece lined HKM brushing boots - always while in the arena. Out on a trail, I switch to simply rubber bell boots and a light neoprene sling boot to go under the fetlock.

I love professional choice and all of their products besides the number 2 tendon wrap thing (bad day, can't remember the name)
On my pony I use Davis splints and bell boots because they are what came with him. Good facts are that if they get stuck on something and are pulled they do rip off, which worked amazing for us on our eventing course, and they are hoseable, so it's not much work cleaning them.

I would get rubber bell boots, less likely to rub. I used to use rubber bell boots 24-7 on Candy and they never rubbed. I have proffessionals choice splint boots, they are ok, the keep water and are hard to clean though.
