See Anything To Be Concerned About Here?
I know, not the greatest pics, and they are babies, but I would like to know if anyone sees anything to be concerned about in these two AQHA fillies. What do you see?

not in those pics. maybe the first one has some sort of neck issue ?? could be the light, how its shedding, where its walking, tad butt high but its to young to say how they will finish looking.
Neat color on baby 2. both are cut horses.

These are not the best pictures to judge the conformation of these two foals. If you are looking to buy these foals by picture you should ask for better shots of them. Standing still, if possible front, side and back - only then you can (maybe, still no guarantee) see if they have any issues. The buckskin foal could have not-so-straight back legs - but he/she might be just standing crooked.
Other than that I do like the well-muscleing of both foals, and both look like they are good breeding.

These were the only pics I could get, unfortunately. Both are being sold at a production sale this weekend..

If you are looking for weanling fillies they are definitely worth to go to the sale and look at them - there is nothing about them that would make me scream "hands off!" ;)
Please make sure that you get registration papers or at least signed (!) applications. A registered horse, especially if it is a mare, has much more chances in her/his life. The old saying "you do not ride the papers" is only (sometimes) true after the horse is broke to ride and has proven to be a good one. Unbroke horses do better with papers. Someone never knows what life throws at them, even a horse bought to keep forever may have to move on - registration papers will help!

I would love to hear if you end up going to the sale and buying! :)

I think I will definitely be going to take a look. The breeder also has some other pretty decent looking weanling fillies to pick from. :)
I believe both of them are registration pending, but I definitely will not be buying unless they are registrable..

Good luck - take a camera with you, nothing more interesting then first glimpses at a new horse ;)

My problem is going to be deciding who to bring home;there is supposed to be alot of weanlings at this sale, and I just know I am going to be very temped to bring home a trailer load, lol.

no kidding, I know this problem ... if it wouldnt't be for lack of hay this year I'd had my barn full with beautiful, well bred, yet dirt-cheap weanlings

I'm partial to the first one; short back, much nicer neck than the second one, both are very feminine looking although the second one has a big ole set of ears on her! It really is hard to tell much from these photos, but if I was looking....I'd be all over the first one.
