Help, horse shaking his head??

All of a sudden my Belgium started shaking his head around. Now he has been doing this for three weeks. I gave him some ear medicine just in case it was an ear infection, but he is no better. What could it be? thanks.

Call a vet out. Giving him medicine when you don't know what's wrong with him can make things worse.

How long have you had this horse? Between his penis hanging out all the time and now his head shaking, I'd say it's past time for a vet to look at this poor beast.

I had a mare that suddenly developed Head Shaking Syndrome when she was 31 yrs old. The only thing that helped her was the special mask that you can buy online

Guardian Mask - Uveitis, Glaucoma, Cataracts, Eye Cancer & Eye Injuries

Sounds like you need a vet to look at him between his sheath and head shaking. I would not be medicating for things if you dont know whats wrong.
