Getting back in shape for Eventing help...
I had been riding for about 6 years until a few years ago when I stopped. I was starting in Eventing competitions jumping about 3 ft. I am trying to get back into it again and was wondering what ground exercises would be fastest and most affective in gaining back some muscle? I have pretty good upper body positition right now and would like to focus mostly on my legs.....Also I cannot get to a gym. If anyone has suggestions that would be great!:D

I would firstly recommend a gym - but since you cannot access that, I'll just mention some things I do here at home :)

For my core, I do 60 situps a day. That usually does the trick. If I'm feeling ambitious, I'll do more, but never less than 60.
For legs, there are multiple things I do. Lay on my back and lift legs up simotaniously, then slowly put them back down. I also lay on my back and pedal my legs in the air, quickly, with big motions, and do it until my legs burn so hard they MIGHT fall off. Mountain Climbers are WONDERFUL, but hurt quite a bit :p

Riding wise, I'd hike your stirrups up to the very smallest hole, or wrap them a few times if they are already up there, to where you're almost riding like a jockey. Go through all gaits like this. That will help with both leg strength and balance :)

ride around in 2pt when you ride. i sometimes do my whole ride in 2pt.

if you cant get to a gym you could walk everywhere or park far away in the parking lot and walk into the store.

Running, running, running. It is SO good for your wind/legs. I run 2 or 3 miles a day, sit-ups as someone else mentioned, I usually do anywhere from 50-75 a day, lots and lots of two point.

Will your horse let you ride no stirrups? Posting trot without stirrups is probably the biggest workout I've ever done.
