I love coloureds! Dont own one though, although I did have a coloured shetland, up until last summer.
When I was about 12yrs old (long time ago) I use to ride a coloured cob, a bit like a gypsy vanner for my parents friend. Boy was he fab. Fantastic temperament, superb allrounder. What fun I use to have on him. Gymkhana's, jumping, hacking, showing..... aww the list was endless.
Yours is super by the way!

lol thank you, he is a super pony. its a shame though that i haven't got my show stuff at the moment, (tweed jacket and long black leather boots) or else i would have shown him on monday, doesn't matter though im going to take him inhand.....
what should i wear with him in an inhand class?

meggymoo 04-05-2007 04:36 PM

Is it a local show?
I dont think there are any set guidelines of what to wear, is there? If you dont have jacket etc, I've seen people wear smart trousers, (or dress!!!) shirt/blouse, waistcoat, some wear a stock, some a tie. I dont think it matters as long as you're not in jeans, joggers etc, and look smart. :D

Oh, and some wear hats!!!

They have good breeding.

I adore section A's such cute faces and I think good kids ponies, not your average plod, they have a bit of sharpness there that makes them fun.

I do love your coloured though. He's gorgeous. :D x
