Bruised ankle that's a new one!
 

So I've apparently bruised my ankle today. I'm guessing seems it was a lazy day that consisted solely of bed,car,horse I did it whilst riding.

In 16 years I have never had this. What was I doing?

You mean you were riding and it just turned black and blue? o.o

No. afterwards I noticed it was a bit touchy then saw some slight bruising coming out. Not black and blue just a little brown

Hm, have you hit it, or had some sort of trauma to it? Is it sore to touch, does the skin feel sensitive, or does it hurt to move it? A little while ago I tripped and my elbow caught my fall. Turns out I didn't break it, it was just a contusion, which is bruising of the bone.

Just get yourself checked out for anaemia. Simple blood test will show. Unexplained bruising needs a check.

No trauma just riding. Was sore to touch and pretty colours.
I had a very impressive iron deficiency which was treated with an infusion 3 years ago.

Was wondering if maybe I'd somehow been pushing it into the iron?

Twisted, maybe? I bruise easy so I give up trying to keep track of how they came.
