Last winter I started to attend team penning and ranch sorting practice at still meadows ranch. I enjoyed riding with a purpose a found it a good way to stay on horse when there's 10cm of snow on the ground and its minus stupid degrees. I've been riding all summer and am hoping to start going penning again next week. Just wondering who on here from my part of the world goes penning.

I have never tried penning -but would really like too!

I watched it this summer, a rodeo was touring around here and came to Fort McMurray, very cool!

I guess, due to the lack of response, that the team penners from YEG & area don't frequent this forum eh.
