Point-positions

What's the difference between a two-point position and a three-point position? It may sound a bit novice, but I really have no idea!

Just like what it sounds.
In two point you have two points of contact with the saddle, your feet in the stirrups.
In three point you have three points of contact, your feet plus your seat.

Ok, thanks!

Actually the Two Points are your calves not your feet. Three point is calves and seat, so it would be normal riding position.

2pt your butt is out of the saddle, 3 pt your seat is lightly in the saddle
