second gunman at protland mall?

I have heard rumors about this so i decided to plink around on the net a little bit. It appears there was a second man with a gun at the mall in portland. However it isn't what some may think it was. I'm not trying to get political or on a soap box. Just another side of a story that doesn't get told all that often.

It sure would be nice to hear about this type of stuff on the main stream news from time to time. A responsible individual, standing up and doing the right and responsible thing when needed. Good for him! Whether he pulled the trigger or not he changed the flow in that whole incident. It could have been much worse than it was had he not done what he did.

Yes, I've been hearing leaks about that, too.

We read this at work the other day. Agree it's a shame they aren't putting this in the news, this is the good that people need to see. Unfortunately the ones who want to know will find it and the rest of the sheep will zombie right by like it never happened.

This happens a lot. First witness reports say there were two shooters, but it always ends up as a lone shooter. It was the same as the Dark Night shooting too.

Read the links. There was in fact a second guy at that mall with a gun. He drew down on the murderer and changed the course of the ordeal. He did not fire on the murderer due to concern of missing him and hitting an innocent. My point is unfortunately a person has to hunt for this type of story. However stories that villainize gun owners and turn them into raging lunatics can be found everywhere. Not very fair and equitable journalism in my eyes. Just my humble opinion

The latest that I've read on this is that 90% of "shooters" are on anti-depressant drugs.

SorrelHorse 12-19-2012 03:29 PM

Anti-depressants, IMO, are nasty. I come from a family of all that.

I did hear a little whisper about that second shooter...Glad to see it confirmed like that.
