Possible Stallions - Future Breeding - Opinions wanted!
As some of you know, if you read my other post about getting a stallion to breed with, and trying to come up with possible combinations.
Now I have found some stallions that have taken my fancy. Sorry I cant download the pictures, because they are copyright protected. Now as you might figure out... I have a thing for paints haha
Now here are some sites:
1. DMB Butch Cassidy
Most of the info is there
2. Dun it with Style
" Size along with height, he stands currently at 16h.
Talent along with temperament, movement and looks that would halter, excellent conformation, trainability with bloodlines that will Rein, Pleasure & Halter.
This horse is a pleasure to ride & handle, we are very lucky to have a horse with all these qualities and a great nature that he will certainly pass onto his progeny.
Style is the Grandson of the all time leading reining sire Hollywood Dunit. Hollywood Dun it was the National Reining Horse Association Futurity Reserve Champion,

Thats the end of Quarter Horse Stallions, now for the other possiblity... Warmbloods or Anglo Arabs (Arabian Warmbloods)
1. Warrawee Grandee
Anglo Arabian Stallion
(Arabian Park Banner /Adronica ASB)
Australian National Champion Anglo
Arabian Stallion Bay 16.1h
Well thats the final 3 i have come down too... Iv only started to look, but if you want to make any suggestions or leave a comment, feel free to do so!
My preference out of these three would be:
1. Butch Cassidy
2. Warrawee Grandee
3. Dun it with Style
I like the height of these...
Anyways, let me know what you think! :)
I like Dun It WIth Style the best, but obviously you need to look into personality and what you want to do with the foal as the main factors.
I can't say I really like either one but of the 2, the first one was the one I disliked the least. You have any other choices? :)
It depends on what you want to do with the foal. The 3 stallions you chose are very different, as far as type goes... write down exactly what you want in a foal and don't stray from that, don't let a pretty face make you waver on your intent.
Who would you be breeding the stallion to? I think it helps people if you show them the mare so they can make a good match.
