Mustang looking for the right home in Kentucky
I'm looking for the right home for Bandit.
Bandit is a titled BLM mustang from the Pilot Mountain, NV HMA. He is around 13.2-13.3 hands by my best estimation. Some days I can walk out in the field and put the halter right on him and other days I have to work to get a halter on him. I've had a saddle blanket up on him several times, worked on leading, hind yeilds, a bit of backing up, and have started desensitizing him to various things - but he still has a ways to go before he is ready for riding. He is use to electric fencing and respects it well. He has beautiful large movements and floats over the ground in a trot. I need to double check the title, but I believe he is 5 this year.
He was injured earlier this year and sliced his back leg. It has healed, but there is a scar there still.
I would prefer if he goes to someone with mustang experience or significant horse experience. Please contact me privately for terms.
He is still looking for a home...
