Horse Illegally Sold by Leaser

Not my horse, but wanted to get the word out. I checked to see if this was already posted here, but didn't see it, so sorry if this is a repost.

HERE IS KIRBYS STORY
Friends, family and community members, I am appealing to all of you for some help. My horse, Kirby, is "missing". We had a free lease agreement with a gentleman in northern NH. After many months of trying to contact him, we found out he had illegally given our horse away. Our family is devastated, as many of you know, Kirby has been a part of our lives since the day he was born on our farm. We were finally able to get in touch with the man who had him, and he informed us that he gave him away to a couple--a woman named Tracy Mackillop and a man named Charles Blanchard, who sometimes goes by "GB" Blanchard. Tracy lives in Lancaster, NH and we heard Charles lives in Temple, NH, but we are not positive about that. Charles is a "horse trader", and both of these individuals refuse to tell us what they did with our horse. All they will tell us is that he is with a young girl in Georgia, VT, but we are very concerned because they will not tell us exactly where he is or who has him. We have tried repeatedly to assure them that we are not going to rip him out of a new home, we just want to know where he is and if he is ok. We are terrified that something has happened to him or he was sold for slaughter in Canada. I know many of you are still connected to the horse world back East, so I am begging all of you to reach out to me if you know either of these individuals and to please circulate this message and flier in your networks in NH and VT

O my goodness! I am so sorry! That's horrible! I am so sorry you guys had to go through that and I hope you find Kirby soon!! I will pray for you and that your horse will be okay!

Thank you. This is not my horse but I gave the owner a link to this page, so I am sure she sees your post. We're just hoping he ended up in a good home

This is devastating! I have forwarded a link to this story and send it out to my horse friends on FACEBOOK in Canada - hopefully word will get out and someone might come across this horse. My sincere condolences to the owner.

I'll put a status up on my facebook, I have a lot of horsey friends and business' in my friend list.
I'll see if I can talk to a couple other people and see if they'll post as well since some of them are ny, canada, foreign, and in other states.

This is horrible, and best wishes to the family on finding their beloved Kirby.
I may have seen something about a horse named Kirby on my fbook, not sure if it was a Morgan gelding or not though.

Do they have proof of ownership and the lease agreement? I know it's a long shot but if they go to the authorities or bring the dealers to court for the location of their horse they would probably win and find their horse
