What are a few stronger bits than a snaffle, but still not to harsh :-)

You are going to get a lot of replies on this topic. lol

Basically anyone here will tell you that any bit can be harsh. And the same goes for any bit being mild. It all depends on how it is used by the rider.

My biggest question is, why do you feel like you need something stronger than a snaffle? What is your horse doing that makes you feel the need for more power in your hands?
