Painted Tack?
 

How do you guys feel about painted leather tack?
I'm trying to make mine into more of a business & less of a hobby, but I was just wondering what you guys think about it. It's really popular for people who ride in the rodeo. I just think, if done right, it looks really cool & it can always be unique.

I am a huge fan of painted tack, namely bronc halters and breast collars. I think those that can do it are very talented!

Awesome. I only know of a few places online that do much in the painted tack business. I agree that if those who do it are talented. However, I have been noticing some people that seem to be going downhill. It makes me wonder how tiring it could be if my stuff actually starts to take off.

Hmm well you could always start out small and if you don't like it.. then you can easily stop doing it. It's a lot of work, and it requires a lot more passion because you're selling it vs. keeping it.
