What is your opinion based on confirmation?
I need some honest advice. I have been riding eight years but this is the first time I've owned my own horse. She stands 14.2 hands high and is a rescue horse so her breed is unknown but we think she is part standardbred. I am looking to get into competitions with her but I don't know which way to go. I am willing to try anything with her. But I just need an idea of what she might be good at before I pick out an instructor. Any ideas?
I think she'd make a fine English or western horse :)

She leaves a bit to be desired in the conformation sense, particularly in how far back her withers are set. She does have nice looking hindquarters though and her shoulder isn't bad, and her legs look sturdy, so perhaps you could look into some low level jumping.
