Dry Skin??
 

My moms horse has white flakes all over his body and I am wondering if he has dry skin or not. During the summer I do give him a bath with head and shoulders but it does not last long maybe a week. I lather his mail and tail really good as well. He does not look great and feels flaky. I can not think of anything that it can be!:think:
