Picky Eater Woes- Majesty Wafers? Has anyone tried feeding either the Majesty Flex wafers or the Majesty Omega wafers to a picky eater? My gelding is extremely picky and I'm having a hard time finding a joint supplement (or any supplement) that he will eat. I have yet to meet a horse that turns up his nose at Majesty's flex. |
Hmmm then they may be worth a shot! Although my gelding does tend to surprise me a lot, the little bugger  Thanks! |
SmartPak used to offer free 3-day taste tests of the supplements they carry. I couldn't find a link to the offer, so I'm not sure if they still do it or not, but you you could call them and see if they do. It beats buying a bunch of stuff your horse won't eat :-) Majesty's Flex Wafers - Horse Treats from SmartPak Equine |
Ohhh smartpak haha...well he won't eat ANY of their supplements and when I asked they said the only do taste tests of their personal brand:( Maybe I'll ask again but reeeeeaaalllllllyyyyy nicely ;) Posted via Mobile Device |
They sent me a sample of Succeed not too long ago and that's definitely not their own brand. I've had my horse for less than a year so it wasn't that long ago. I'd be sad if they changed their policy like that :-( |
I chatted with a customer service person earlier today, they wouldn't send me a sample :( I actually emailed the company asking for a sample, totally a long shot but hey the worst that can happen is they say no! |
I feed them to two of my roping horses. They both love them....now. I had to break the treat up into my mare's feed for a week or so before she would eat it from my hand. She had no problem with eating it broken up in her morning feed. My gelding...he ate them like a champ from the start! I really like the wafers -- easy to feed, and the horses appreciate them like a normal treat. |

Has anyone had experience with Probios Treats? Supposedly they contain a decent amount of digestive support, but I'm not sure... Posted via Mobile Device |
