Holy laminar wedge batman! Sorry, don't have enough time right now to provide useful input. I'd just hate to be the horse wearing those feet. I crindge at the stress those ligaments must be under. |
Yea, MBP. And people wonder why I'm neurotic? Did you see the 4 pillar trim? |
A modified 4 point trim can be very useful, but not when the toe is left miles too long...which it is in both pictures of course. The "pillars" are nowhere near where they are supposed to be. |

How can you be a farrier...look at those feet, and feel they are in GOOD shape!?!?!? Whoa! Posted via Mobile Device |
I know right? lol The audacity! |
As a matter of interest could you pst some pictures of her standing square and cover the whole of the front legs please? All I can say is that I could do a better trim using a set of false teeth! |
I see from another post that she has a bad deviation from the fetlocks, this is making her stand with her toes out. At her age not a lot can be done to correct as the growth plates are set. Certainly her toe needs to be a lot shorter and the foot levelled out. I will show the pictures to my farrier and ask his opinion. |
