So, I have always struggled with my left heel. My right one goes down just fine, but my left one kind of cocks in and its hard to put it down. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any excersises to stretch your heels down. Other than riding and standing on stairs. I was curious if anybody else struggles with something like this or has fun excersises to work on getting your heels down? :D
Riding on the flat in half seat ( two point ) the more you do the better your heel will become!
