Silly Horse Thief!

Last night after I put Tica on her own side, I couldn't find the feed scoop and I knew about where I put it down after I got done feeding. I turn around, and this is what I see.

"Uh... No I didn't!"

I left it out this morning and caught him in the act!

Feel free to post your own mischievous horse picture. He's horse turned cat burglar. XD

I didn't get a pic of it last night, but Little Man, my paint kept taking my 12oz gatorade bottle out of my back pocket while I was running the curry comb over Sugar. He would lip it out far enough to bite the cap, pull it out of pocket then throw his head up as if to take a shot of whiskey. Then put his head over my shoulder with the bottle as to give it back or wanting me to open it. This went on for about 20 minutes.

That is my horse too! I left the grooming box out in the pasture to run back and get something and when I came back, my brushes were everywhere! One grew legs and walked all the way to the other end of the pen!

Hahahaha that is awesome. I love horses with personality!

He knows what his priorities are  clever!

His nickname used to be Butterball, if it gives you an idea of his previous weight. XD

It has now become our game twice a day. I'll put the scoop down, and he will sneak up behind me and take off with it for a minute. He even holds it by the handle! If I could just teach him to ration out the feed I'd get to sleep in! :P

Oh wouldn't that be just wonderful. I am slowly teaching my kids how to clean stalls and feed, if I could teach the horses too it would be amazing!

Too cute!

Mine get pretty mouth.
My old mare Comet stole my farriers cigarettes and took off across the pasture. :D

If I could teach horses to feed themselves the right amount and scoop their own stalls, I'd be a billionaire overnight with DVD sales. Parelli who?

XD She was trying to help him quit, honest!

That or you have a secret chainsmokin mare.
