Stop and Turn Bit Anyone tried it? Loved it? Hated it? |
There are two...an actual BIT and a hackamore. Which one are you thinking of? Bit- http://www.store.dynastyequineonline.com/images/bit.jpg Hack- http://www.store.dynastyequineonline...ages/item4.jpg |
The Bit |
I'd go for neither!! Posted via Mobile Device |
Those look just plain cruel. If you think you need something like this to get your horse to listen to you, you're doing it WRONG. |
Both are pretty harsh, and shouldn't HAVE to be used. I am sure some people love them....but I personally wouldn't have them in my collection of bits. |
Point taken. I def agree, not sure if this was a harsh bit or not. My horse barely even needs a bit so glad I didn't waste money trying it. |
Honestly the way Fallon Taylor describes it is that you wouldn't need to use barely any pressure with the reins. I would hate to mistakenly jab him though. I just got done trying a gag bit and it sucked. He doesn't even need it. |
Yeah, you don't need a lot of rein pressure because as soon as you touch him lightly there 4 points of pressure being applied. If you need this bit there is something wrong with your horse training. This bit worked purely on discomfort. Sure, any bit can cause pain but this was created to cause more discomfort. Posted via Mobile Device |
Maybe she is just trying to make money off of something then. They always endorse products just to get the money from the name. |
