Suggest WOrkout Routine

I figured this would work best here as you people are experts in horse conformation, and so maybe you could help me? I wasn't sure where this should go!

I want to develop a work out routine for my horse that would improve overall muscling and target certain areas. I do not currently have pictures, I'll post some later, but below is a picture of a horse that has similar muscling (I suppose) to mine. He is a Thoroughbred, I don't know if that affects anything, he has typical breed issues sooo... Thanks!!

photo doesn't show up. And putting this in the Conformation critique section would have probably been best :) You also could have put it in the general horse talk section as well

do cavaletti work to work on raising the back. Also a book that I have found to be one of my favorite resources is a book by Jec Aristotle Ballou on horse exercises. I use it ALL the time. Remember not to overwork it though; some of these exercises might not seem like they are hard for the horse but they may be more difficult than we as humans can really perceive.

Here is a link to the book: http://www.amazon.com/Equine-Fitness-Program-Exercises-Routines/dp/B00AKR4QVW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1362586611&sr=8-1&keywords=jec+aristotle+ballou
